Cold and windy day

 Another day on the beach amd the clay where I hunt for my fossils is covered in samd. I have some videos of this but I am not in an area where I can load them. Fishing was also poor.

Here are a couple of photos of some of my past finds.

The top photo is Giant Sloth amd the rest are bison.

Breaking ice and a bison skull

 Flashback Sunday. It’s a rainy and very windy day so I think it’s a good time to post a video of a find I made two years ago. Thinking this skull would have had a span of 26” if it wasn’t broken. The boney eye sockets also protrude further than most modern bison bison. Here’s to warmer days and some great bones this summer!

Ancient Human Remains.

 We find ancient human rains several times during a season of hunting. The sheriff is called and they stop by to pick them up. Them the remains are turned over to an authority who repatriate them to a local tribe.
